welcome to my kitchen! i've always enjoyed baking and cooking, and i like trying new recipes when i can! i gravitate towards meatless one pot dishes with minimal prep, so a lot of the recipes here reflect that!

MAKE IT AGAIN?: Yes
Notes: i've made these twice now, one with the zest and one without, and in a pinch they're still great cookies without the zest! i could never get mine to crinkle though, they always just came out like regular sugar cookies. i'd love even more lemon flavor and less sweetness, but i'm a Huge lemon dessert fan

MAKE IT AGAIN?: Yes, but not often
Notes: i substituted the fresh tomatos for fire roasted tomatos, the parmesan rind with nutritional yeast, and balsamic vinegar for apple cider vinegar + honey! this soup is so good. the first night after i made it i laid in bed for hours thinking about it. my only complaint is that it's extremely acidic and sour (good) tasting, it's hard to eat more than one bowl a day. there's ways to tone down the acidity but i didn't bother LOL

MAKE IT AGAIN?: Yes
Notes: i added chocolate chips and some leftover walnut bits to mine! this was fantastic, i've made stuff like this before and this recipe is quite nice. mine came out a biiiit sweeter than i'd like, but i also used regular milk chocolate chips LOL. would absolutely make these again! it makes a pretty good amount.

MAKE IT AGAIN?: Yes
Notes: this was shockingly simple. as someone who loathes complicated prep this was fantastic for me! i didn't have the jar so i made it in a pot just regularly and i found that it was cooked perfectly in under 5 minutes. my only advice would be under cook the noodles a bit, they do get soft while it cools down. but they don't get unbearably mushy! if you're using anything besides rice noodles (or other quick cook noodles) i'd also consider cooking the noodles seperately. the taste was also fantastic, very warm and comforting! great for colder weather.

MAKE IT AGAIN?: No
Notes: i forgot the sour cream in this recipe and i think that and possible overbaking/mixing AND a slightly different dimension of pan really affected the end result. my loaf came out a bit tougher than i'd like, and the cream cheese layer was a really unpleasant bouncy texture. overall, i think i'd just make banana bread instead!
